Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Peach Cobbler Moonshine

  • 30 ml simple syrup

  • 3-5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • soda water and ice to taste

  • garnish with a sprig of rosemary

Method

In a rocks glass add Peach Cobbler Moonshine, simple syrup, water and bitters. Stir. Add a large ice cube. “Plant” the rosemary sprig along the side of the glass


Moonlight Margarita

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Good Corn Liquor

  • 30 ml fresh squeezed lime juice

  • 30 ml orange liqueur

  • flake salt (or chilli rub for the brave)

  • crushed ice

  • Garnish with lime wedge or slice

Method

Pour the Good Corn Liquor, orange liqueur, lime juice and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake, shake, shake! Use lime slice to wet the rim of a rocks glass. Pour salt or chilli rub on to a small plate. Place glass rim side down on the plate and twist a few times. Pour shaker contents into the glass and garnish with the lime slice.


Classic G&T

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Mountain Gin

  • 90 ml tonic water (to taste)

  • lime slice

  • ice

Method

Pour Mountain Gin and tonic water into a rocks glass quarter filled with ice. Add the lime slice to rim to garnish (or squeeze a little lime juice in, if you that’s your thing).
